Land and Building Tax Transactions Through DKI Bank Reaches Rp 3.7 Trillion

From January to August periods, DKI Banks has served 453 land and building tax (PBB) transactions with total Rp 3.7 trillion.

Now, payment becomes easier for taxpayers with various alternatives provided by DKI Bank

DKI Bank Corporate Secretary, Zulfarshah said, his side attempts to improve its service for taxpayers who wants to fulfill its obligation.

"Including our initiative to visit public settlements," he said, Wednesday (9/6).

DKI Bank Launches JakOne Mobile Application

He informed, for taxpayers who still have not paid PBB can pay through its service office, DKI Bank ATM, or JakMobile application.

"Now, payment becomes easier for taxpayers with various alternatives provided by DKI Bank," he expressed.

Not only PBB, DKI Bank also serves other tax and local retribution payments, such as vehicle tax (PKB), Tax Payment Slip (SSP), tax on acquisition of land and building rights (BPHTB), Kir Tax, and Billboard Tax.

He added, DKI Bank also provides non-cash transaction service including for flat rental payment by auto debit which conducted from date 05-20 for each months.

Besides, he continued, DKI Bank provides ATM in 23 flats in four Jakarta regions and mobile branch service. Moreover, DKI Bank also helps local government in implementing electronic absence machine for flat residents since 2016.

"Electronic attendance device is using fingerprint and photo to make it easier to identify the residents. DKI Bank also prepares promotional goods for flat residents who is actively confirming their presence using this machine," he closed.
